1. Scope

These terms govern the electronic sale of the digital comic The Last Trial. A physical edition is not part of the current offer.

2. Order, price and payment

Before ordering, the shop displays the digital content, format, language edition, final price and payment method. The order becomes binding when submitted with an obligation to pay. The contract is concluded after successful payment confirmation and the seller's order confirmation by email.

Card payments are processed by a payment service provider. The seller does not store complete payment-card details.

3. Immediate digital delivery

After payment is confirmed, the customer receives an email containing a download link limited by time or number of downloads. The customer must provide a working email address and should securely save the file after downloading it.

4. Withdrawal and voluntary refunds

Before payment, the consumer must use a separate unticked checkbox to expressly consent to supply beginning before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, request immediate access and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once supply begins. The order cannot be completed without this consent. The accepted wording is stored with the order and confirmed to the customer by email.

Once supply has begun, we do not provide a voluntary refund merely because the customer changed their mind, no longer wants the digital content or did not use it after delivery.

5. Technical problems, lack of conformity and complaints

If the link does not arrive or work, the file cannot be downloaded or opened, is corrupt, or does not match the order, the customer must email info@lasttrial.art with the order number and a description of the problem. Requests and any refunds are not automated; they are assessed individually by email.

We will first provide a working link, renewed access or a conforming file. If a remedy is impossible or is not provided within a reasonable time, all mandatory statutory rights remain available, including an appropriate price reduction or refund where the legal conditions are met. Nothing in these terms excludes claims for defective or undelivered digital content.

6. Licence

The purchase grants the customer a non-exclusive right to use the comic for personal, non-commercial purposes. It may not be resold, made publicly available, shared or reproduced beyond what the law permits without the rights holder's consent.

7. Disputes

The customer should first contact info@lasttrial.art. Where legally eligible, consumers may also use an alternative consumer-dispute-resolution body. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
